McNabb or pickup Hill? Also Greene Or McCoy (if he plays)?

My team is as follows w/ staters for week 5 listed

QB-McNabb
WR-White, Wayne, T.O
RB-Greene/Torain
TE-Cooley
Flex-M. Bush
K-Akers
D-Baltimore
Bench-Vick, Big Ben(bye), McCoy, Brown(bye), Ward(bye), Hester

For this week I planned on starting Greene/Torain/Bush(flex) but if McCoy plays should I start him over Greene?

Also, since I have Hester on my bench who is useless would you drop him and grab Shaun Hill, Kolb or Garrard to replace McNabb this week? I’m facing the first place team who will most likely destroy me but I figure I gotta give it a shot sitting at 2-2.
