Calvin Johnson for Ray Rice Trade Help WHIR

Need some advice. I am in first in my league and am concerned with upsetting my balance. I am being offered to get Ray Rice for my Calvin Johnson.

I already have MJD, Foster and Addai at RB - I can start all three. I have to WR slots. Reggie Wayne is my #1 and Johnson my #2. I have Dez Bryant, Tate (NE) and Kevin Walter on my bench at WR. (I have Vincent Jackson as well praying for a miracle).

Rice would replace Addai and Addai would be my main RB backup along with Tolbert and Brandon Jacobs.

Rice has been a disappointment but I can't help feeling that I am buying very low on him and that his upside will shine through.

Would you make this trade knowing you will hurt your WR slot on a player that is right now a bit of a gamble. Rice is feeling alot like a Slaton or Forte the way he is sliding.

I think the drop between Rice and Addai is less than Johnson to Bryant. But, if you think that the difference is reversed, then make the trade. It's a fair deal in terms of players, you just have to imagine what your starting lineup will be like. It wouldn't be a dumb move, especially if Rice turns it around. Sorry if that's wishy-washy. I just think it's that close.

you hit all my considerations squarely. I'm not sure this is a huge step up considering the drop at WR.

I need someone to call me crazy not to pull the trigger but I think it is a level deal that might hurt me in the WR slot more than help me at the RB/Flex.
