WR Issue, Start D. Jackson or M. Floyd?

Start Malcolm Floyd against the Raiders or DeSean Jackson against the 49ers?

I'm not really sure I should start DeSean Jackson, since Kolb has been less than impressive. He seemed to largely ignore Jackson and Maclin throughout the Redskins game, which has me worried. He also didn't throw much to Jackson in the opener before he got hurt. Kolb starting really makes me doubt Jackson... But I've read that the Raiders CB's are excellent and will be targeting Malcolm Floyd all day. Also, I'm nervous to start Floyd because Rivers spreads the ball around to a lot of receivers.
