I've been offered Tolbert, Knox, and Floyd for Roddy White. I need some RB help but i dont think Tolberts gonna improve my team too much. Basically this trade sucks and I'm thinking of countering with one of my top WRs for LT and Floyd.
Is this a fair trade?
Thanks! WHIR just post links!
League info 9 active players, 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 K, 1 DST. 12 user league.
Active QB: J. Cutler RB: P. Thomas, J. Stewart WR: A. Johnson, R. White, T. Owens TE: T. Gonzalez K: M. Nugent D: Chicago DST
Reserves QB: K. Orton RB: R. Brown WR: M. Manningham, L. Moore TE: C. Cooley K: --- D: Pittsburgh DST
If LT continues to produce you are definitely getting a good deal. I'm slightly worried that he won't since he is getting old and he is somewhat injury prone, but since he is on a team that runs the ball like they do, it's hard to go wrong. You need some RB help and LT will do that for you. My link is above my sig, thanks
Thats basically what im thinking but now i just need to know which WR to trade...Johnsons been injured but hes sure to bounce back. And White has just been doing work. He's 6th in pts for WRs in my league and Johnsons like 30th.
Whether Johnson is hurt or not I still like him more than white. I think he is an overall better receiver and I personally like his QB situation better. Because Johnson is hurt right now they are pretty even, but obviously his injury won't last forever and he will be a beast. If I were you I would decide who I like to watch more and go with them. I know you want to win but it's good to have fun as well, I take this approach when I think 2 people are pretty even. It usually works out lol.
Hahaha I like watching the Falcons more, but I know Johnsons gonna be better in the end. Now im starting to doubt wether I want to trade because LT's a risk and Floyd could end up sucking. The chargers do have a pretty easy schedule so idk...what do you guys think?
Personally, I'm not a fan of either trade option. Yes, LT is doing well now, but he's your typical "sell high" guy. I don't think anyone believes he'll be this good all year, and with his age, he's more prone to break down when you need him most. You do need a RB, but I'd personally aim higher

Thanks for the help with mine.
He's got AP and LT and Tolbert. I guess I'll have to look around and see who needs an WR. But in the end who would you guys trade away. Johnson or White?
