I'm considering starting Tony Moeaki over Kellen Winslow. Tony plays in IND, while Kellen goes to CIN??? What's the choice here?

I like Moeaki this week, I think Cassel will be under pressure and looking for Moeaki as the relief valve. Kellen hasnt done much this year and I'd like to see him put together a few good games before I'd play him.
