Another owner wants Torain and Brandon Tate and gives me Matt Forte. Thoughts? My other starter is Jahvid Best with J Stewart on the bench.

I say no trade. Torain is going to be the feature back until Portis returns, and I think by then you see Portis relegated to 3rd down back. Tate is an unknown, but has huge upside taking Moss' place. Forte is dismal as an RB this year with all of his Fantasy points coming in the receiving game. His only upside is that Cutler has been ruled out, and they may rely heavily on the run game until he returns. That said their o-line is still autrocious.
