Foster/+ for Andre/+

I have aI have a potential trade partner in my big $$$ league, and I would like a little advice on how to get full value here. I am looking to upgrade significantly at WR, and to stabilize my QB situation. My roster is below, and here is id:
QB: Flacco, Big Ben
WR: A.Johnson, C.Johnson, H.Ward, R.Williams, D.Bess, D.McCluster
RB: P.Thomas, R.Willams, T.Hightower
TE: C.Cooley

I initially offered my A.Foster/J.Cutler/D.Keller for his A.Johnson/P.Thomas/B.Roethlisburger

I have no interest in Hightower and due our settings, Vick kills it so I am a little hesitant giving up on him. We're a 12 team redraft league, (0.5 PPR, 6 pts every TD, 10yds Rec/Rush per point, and 25 yards passing per point). I have no problem taking Calvin instead of Andre to help balance it out.... any help is appreciated.
