RB Help needed WHIR

I need to pick one of these three. I'm leaning towards Matthews. Any thoughts?

Matthews @ Oak
Tolbert @ Oak

You got it dude. Go with Mathews. Don't second guess yourself. Good matchup, best RB of the group.

Tolbert is a goalline vulture. I would go with Torain as he will get 90 percent of the carries. And GB is banged up on D.

Any help you can give me would be appreciated:

Go with Matthews. Last week he didn't get much carries because they were easing him back in from injury, but I expect Matthews to get most of the carries this week. I expect San Diego to go up early and run the ball from there on. I think Torain will have a good game too, but he has a tougher matchup against a good Green Bay run defense. Go with Matthews.

Help me with mine, thanks:
