WR help Desperate

With Collie with a heel issue I need another WR, I plan on starting Moss(hope Faeve can still through). Some WR on the WW are Manningham, Moore, L Robinson(rams), N Washington, not a lot of options. Do I start M Williams (TB), hoping M Wallace takes off when Big Ben comes back.
