DWill for Austin, WHIR

The guy who has Austin is hurting a little at RB, so I was thinking of offering this trade. Is it enough, am I giving up too much? Here's my roster:

QB: Cutler, Kolb
RB: Foster, DWill, Best, Moreno, Forsett, Blount
WR: Randy Moss, Steve Smith (CAR), Nicks, Dez Bryant, Hester, Mike Thomas, Sidney Rice
TE: Gresham
K: Rackers
D: SD
Scoring: 10yds rush/rec = 1pt, 25yds pass = 1pt, TD = 6pts, fumble/int. = -2pts

We can only start 2 RB's, so either Best or DWill is sitting every week.

I need to make the trade tonight to be on this weeks rosters, please help

I actually just offered this trade and the guy didnt accept it. I think its a fair trade and about 5 weeks from now Dwill will be putting up bigggg #s look who he is playing coming up.
