Flex start - CJ Spiller or Brandon Jacobs

Who should I start for my flex spot this week: CJ Spiller or Brandon Jacobs? This is not a PPR league.

I would go Jacobs here. He's the safer pick. he is going to get his yards against a soft Hou D, and should have a good chance at a TD. Hard to tell how the RB situation is going to shake out in BUF now that Lynch is gone. I'm guessing Jackson is the starter again, but Spiller should get at least 40 % of the carries. Spiller is the high risk/ high reward play. He could easily end up posting a 4 or 5, but hes always got the potential to bust a big run, and could end up with a score close to 20.
