Pierre Garcon a free agent? WHIR

Pierre Garcon is just sittin' out there in my league as a free agent. With Collie and Wayne dinged up I think Garcon could be a great pickup. Is there any reason he's floating around unclaimed in my league and if i were to pick him up who should I drop

I would definitely make this add. Depending on your depth at runningback I would drop Scott. Jones still has that potential of being an every week guy if Johnson does down.
