10 team, non-PPR. 1QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 RB/WR

I give 2 out of 3: Welker/Floyd/Holmes
I get: Brady & Mathews

or

I give 2 out of 3: Welker/Floyd/Holmes PLUS Stewart
I get: Brady, Mathews, Driver

What to do? WHIR

My Team
QB: Eli, McNabb
RB: AP, Foster, Greene, Stewart
WR: Wayne, Welker, Floyd, Holmes, Walter

HisTeam
QB: Big Ben/Brady
RB: Rice, Bradshaw, Hillis, Mathews, Forte
WR: Lloyd, Driver, Edwards, MSW

He doesn't want Walter, only Welker, Floyd and Holmes. I want to get Brady and Mathews, but it'll cost me two #1 WRs. If I trade Welker/Holmes/Floyd (2 out of 3), it leaves my nucleus thin unless I get Driver in the trade. How would you structure this deal?

I dont know man you could use brady but your RBs are already set. Try and put greene and holmes on him for matthews and brady. Good replacement for greene and you get to keep floyd and welker

why do you feel you need to upgrade your QB???

McNabb and Eli seem fine to me, unless your going to package one of your QB's in a deal... I don't like either offer for your team. I think your giving up too much, and it doesn't really help your team..

Please explain your logic, and maybe I can give better informed opinion..
But as it stands.. Keep whatcha have!

I'd take that trade for Floyd and Holmes 10 out of 10 times.

See I thought so too, until they gave me 8 and 3 points last week. Brady seems like he will be a no brainer start every week. Just plug him in and go. But thanks for re-centering me... I wanted to get Mathews before he blew up against OAK and if Holmes doesn't blow up on Monday night, then his value drops and I might not be able get Brady for him. Holmes's value was high when Big Ben was throwing to him... not sure if that will carry over with Sanchez.
