Knox or Williams (TB) WHIR

Postby Hoosierdad » Fri Oct 08, 2010 8:47 pm

In a .5 PPR league, who would you rather have? A couple of weeks ago, I would say Knox. However, Knox is a deep threat guy. If Cutler can't get more than a second to deliver the ball, Knox's value takes a hit. Williams is a great talent. Run-oriented team, but He's the number 1 guy.

I'm asking because I might have to give one of these up in a trade. Who would you rather have?

I am big on Williams. He is the number one reciever. He is a rookie but more talented then Knox IMO. I would keep Williams.

That's a really tough call. As a Knox owner, I tend to favor him. If I'm thinking about it objectively with what we've seen thus far in the season, I'm not sure if Williams has more upside.

I do, however, think Chicago will straighten things out along the O-Line. Martz runs a complex offense as we all know, and it's going to take some time for it all to gel. If they do, Knox will benefit, as will his fantasy owners.

I know I'm not offering much help, but it's a really tough decision. If you have any faith in Martz or Cutler, I think you have to go with Knox though. If not, go with the rookie. He'll be inconsistent like Knox, but I suspect he's going to have a good season.

I love M.Williams (TB) you have to go with him... He is a VERY good WR,a nd seems to be Freemans #1 Target

Knox doesn't have Cutler this week, and COllins has no arm to get him the deep pass... Stick with Tampa M.Williams and your good to go!

Thanks! Good Luck To Ya this week!

Thanks for the help on mine...

I'd take Williams...and I'm a Bears homer.

I think Knox only way to score is a deep ball, and those will be so few and far between. They never look for Knox in the redzone as opposed to TB, who seem to always look for Williams.

I much rather Williams. Coming into this year there was a lot of hype and I haven't seen anything from him to think he doesn't deserve it. Knox is a good player but the Bears offense isn't really that stable.
