Brandon Tate or Percy Harvin??

I currently hold Brandon Tate. Dropped Steve Smith of NYG for him in a rush right after the Moss trade. I realize that was probably a panicky, bad idea. Percy Harvin is a FA. Should I drop Tate and pick up Harvin? Steve Smith is also on the waiver wire and will be released tomorrow...I won't burn a waiver on him, but if he's still available should I pick him up instead of Harvin. So, Tate, Harvin, or Steve Smith NYG. Who would you like going forward?

Wow thats a tough choice, but honestly id pick up Steve Smith for Crabtree.. Percy and Tate is a toss up.. with moss on the viks it will help harvin a TON and open up more opportunities for harvin to expliod the defenses with his speed.. i can see how tate is a sexy choice but hes also a rookie and for him to succeed he will need the other players around him to elevate their game so that tate can get the better of the coverage.. Damn its a tough choice.. Both are #2 wrs now but i honestly see harvin as the safer bet because of moss taking the double coverage and no1 in the pats will get that kinda coverage.. Plus AP will force teams to load the box to try to stop them. id go with harvin until tate can prove himself.

I can definitely see your dilemma here. I too have my eye on Tate.

For now I would grab Harvin and see how he does this week. The Pats are on bye this week so he'll likely remain a sleeper until possibly week 6. (Maybe re-evaluate it once Sidney Rice comes back)

I didn't really give much thought to Smith as he's got Clausen throwing to him.

Thanks. I think I am gonna drop Tate for Harvin. He hasn't put up great numbers, but Favre's been playing like poo and Harvin in the slot with Moss pickin up double coverage seems to give him great value. I might be unhappy with the trade if Tate really shows up later in the season, but no1 can know how he's gonna produce now....I've seen what Harvin can do. I'm gonna take a chance. About Crabtree and Steve Smith NYG....I think I'll hold Crabtree. Nicks is apparently #1 over there now and Manningham is explosive...I think Smith and Crabtree are almost even at value.
