Tough question.. But it leads me to think like this... Look who's job is on the line.. You have to think Kolb is thinking.. Its all or nothing.. I can't imagine he's going to play so conservative like he usually does.. This is his time to go for broke.. I myself would roll the dice with Kold taking with what I said into consideration.. Good Luck
Based on what we have seen so far go with McNabb. Kolb is going to try and impress his coaches by playing conservative because he doesnt want to make a mistake. He will play tight which will lead to interceptions and no big yard gains. McNabb will be throwing alot this week.
I would go with Kolb, I dont think Wash will have much luck throwing. Plus Packer Run-Def is clearly the weak spot of the Def, Last stat I saw they were giving up over 5yrds per carry. Look for Wash to pound Torain up the middle alot and keep Rodgers and the offence off the feild

SURPRISED AT THE RANGE (sorry caps lock on) of answers. I'd go McNabb b/c I'd be kicking my self for overthinking it when he outscores Kolb.
