I would hold on to Celek. Kolb will target his TE much more than Vick did.
QB - A Rodgers, E Manning
RB - A Foster, S Jackson, R Mendenhall, T Jones, R Bush
WR - G Jennings, L Fitz, S Smith (Car), P Harvin, V Jackson
TE - A Hernandez, J Tamme

Worst possible time to consider dropping Celek. Kolb will be using him like a security blanket for as long as he's in there. Once Vick returns, that probably changes. At that point, I'd look at either Moeaki or Carlson, depending on what they've done in the next couple of weeks. Good luck!
