Best/Ocho for Megatron/Greene WHIR

My buddy and I have been talking trades and have come to this offer: I give Jahvid Best and Ochocinco for his Calvin Johnson and Shonn Greene.

Scoring is 6 pts/TD and 1 pt/20 yards rushing and receiving, so it's slightly TD heavy. If your player doesn't score a TD in a week, he's almost worthless.

My roster:

Michael Turner, DWill, Best, Tolbert
Ochocinco, Austin Collie, Malcom Floyd, Steve Smith(Car), Mike Williams (TB)

It's a 2RB, 3WR, Flex lineup. Is it a good deal for me? I like the idea of having a stud WR, but is it at too high a cost with Best?

Also, we have a 4rb limit on our roster, so do I keep Greene or drop him for Blount or Hightower?

Keep in mind, it's TD heavy. A good score in a week is 75-85 points, so getting 7-10 from a RB/WB is a solid week.
