Deangelo Williams or Ray Rice?

I have a chance to trade Deangelo Williams straight up for Ray Rice. What is everyone's opinion on this? I like Deangelo Williams schedule more but Ray Rice has a QB that defenses won't load up the box with. Thank you in advance.

I'd do it. I actually just traded D Williams and B Marsh for R Rice, S Smith (NYG) and M Wallace.

I'd def do that deal rice's sched gets a little easier and his offense is better than dwill, id rather have rice
