I need to start 2 RBs and dont know who to choose out of the three. Any help is much appreciated.

P Hillis VS ATL
LT VS MIN

I'd say Hillis & LT,only reason I'd be hesitant on Matthews is I bet they ease him in(8-12 touches) to protect their investment
