I'd go with Collie. Collie might be limited, but Peyton has showed that he trusts Collie in the redzone and we could see a 40 yd 1 TD performance from Collie, which I'm sure anyone will take. Garcon had the case of the drops before he got injured and not sure Peyton will trust him yet in the red zone unless he makes some impressive catches early in the game. Britt just isn't a reliable fantasy WR source since tennesee runs the ball so much and are conservative with vince young. Roll with Collie, good luck.
