Postby amarlls » Tue Oct 12, 2010 11:07 am

Ok I have too much talent on my team so im thinking of throwing out 2 for 1 for stud guys. What im thinking is throwing out maybe Best and Ward/Floyd/Collie for CJ of course and want to know if I should target Peterson, Gore, MJD with these guys also or am i giving up too much? I also need to improve my TE spot who should I throw out for like a Clark or Davis?

QB Peyton Manning, Ind QB
RB Ray Rice, Bal RB
RB Arian Foster, Hou RB P
RB/WR Jamaal Charles, KC RB
WR Brandon Marshall, Mia WR
WR Hakeem Nicks, NYG WR
TE Visanthe Shiancoe, Min TE

K Matt Bryant, Atl K
Bench Pierre Thomas, NO RB Q

Stacked much?

I would go after AP, now with Moss they cant load up the box anymore as Favre is going to have a consistent weapon each and every week. Harvin would be a weapon if his headaches didnt get in the way of his week to week availability.

I think packaging something like: Charles + Floyd for AP wouldnt be a bad idea, and i think it gets the deal done without question.....or if you dont want to start that high offer Best + Floyd and go from there.

CJ is amazing, but teams are just loading up against him. They rather let VY make his mistakes then let CJ beat them. I dont think he is going to be as effective this season. Gore is consistent dual threat whom i would consider going after if AP doesnt work out. Stay away from MJD, i see him missing many weeks this season.

It all depends on what the CJ/AP owner needs. If they don't need a WR, then you may need to package two RBs. If they need a WR, then package it that. It really does depend on what they need.

Help (is AJ > Lloyd?): viewtopic.php?f=18&t=480067

I don't think you'll be able to get CJ or AP without giving up 2 of your top end reserves. It will probably take Best / Collie -- a steep price to pay but worth it for a championship. Take a look at their schedules down the stretch, but this year I'd rather have AP than CJ.

I would absolutely go Best/Collie for either of those RB's, I doubt that would get accepted.
