Team in the league offered me a trade, im on the fence, mainly because of how well Hakeem Nicks has played this season and im hesitant to give him up.
I GET: Brees P. Thomas (may try for Gore) B. Lloyd
I DEAL: Cutler D'Will Hakeem Nicks
My team (starters): QB: Brady RB: Foster FLEX: D'Will / Cutler WR:Nicks WR: Ocho TE: Winslow THis is also and IDP league, but didnt list them as no defensive players are involved. Im not counting on him moving Gore what so ever. But i may make a push. All in all i feel that i really dont need to do this trade, but it is enticing, thus why i consider it. We keep our ENTIRE team at the end of the year.
Reception scoring system is also follows: ReTD - Receiving TD 6 points ReYd - Receiving Yard .1 points for every 1 ReYd Plus a 3 point bonus @ 100+ ReYd Plus a 1 point bonus @ 150+ ReYd Plus a 1 point bonus @ 200+ ReYd Recpt - Reception 1 point Plus a 3 point bonus @ 7+ Recpt Plus a 1 point bonus @ 12+ Recpt Plus a 1 point bonus @ 15+ Recpt
Brees Gore Less Receiver (Dez Bryant, Roy Williams, etc.)
for
Cutler DWill Nicks
But i think this really bring the quality of my WR spot into question My reserves are Gaffney, Knox, Royal...ehhhh more i look at this alternate offer, i dont like it... opinions on the deal in the first post would be great. if i could get Brees, Gore, Lloyd, i think i would do something quickly....
Thomas's injury really worries me so i might wait till we hear something more on that, getting gore would be amazing, but you cant leave you wr core decimated.
i might consider doing the gore dez one just because i think dez will have value in a ppr league, and in a ppr league gore is amazing
i really think the brees, gore, dez one wouldnt be bad... but here is the problem with that one. My active roster would be:
QB: Brees RB: Gore Flex: Foster WR: Ochocino WR: Royal/Gaffney/Dez/Knox
so that leaves Brady for the bench......... Now i could deal Brady to get that wide receiver i need. I know a team whom has Fitz and may move him in a Brady deal...though the AZ passing offense is zero right now.
