I think you are giving up too much. Matthews will be the number one guy going forward even if Tolbert is seeing regular action. The Floyd owner is probably high off of his last week which is inflating his value. Matthews for Floyd seems more even.

You have the RB depth to do this, but you're overpaying by a lot, and if you're going to move a TE, I'd move Celek. Hernandez' upside is huge with Moss gone from NE. Good luck!
