Eli manning, Percy Harvin, Tim Hightower for Tony Romo, Braylon edwards, Jerome Harrison. This trade seems pretty fair and would bloster my qb situation and would slightly downgrade my wr's but not by much. I am not too high on eli manning after the chicago, tennesse, and colts game after the offensive line was terrible

I'd do this, but not with hightower. Harrison is near useless. So do a 2 for 2, or get someone else, other than that, it is pretty fair. As you said, you get an upgrade at QB, but a downgrade at WR.
