Trying to get Peyton

I'm pretty well set at all positions except QB. I'd like to know if I should try and get Peyton Manning from the guy who needs some help at RB. Would this be a fair trade if I offer him Turner, Nicks, and Flacco for Peyton Manning and Fitz.

I like to make offers a bit lower to see if they'll bit first......

I'd swap out Bradshaw for Turner first.....see if he counters.....

Thanks for replying to mine. I wouldn't do you deal. Fitz is stuck with Arizona Qb's, and I don't think Turner + Nicks is worth giving up for Manning.
