Trade dilemma

My Squad
Tony Romo
Larry Fitzgerald
Steve Smith (NYG)
Adrian Peterson
Marion Barber
Kellen Winslow
Legedu Naanee
Todd Heap
Eli Manning
Steve Breaston
Laurence Maroney
Fred Jackson

Opponent's Squad
Brett Favre
Calvin Johnson
Hakeem Nicks
Frank Gore
Brandon Jackson
Zach Miller
Matt Forte
Matt Ryan
Tim Hightower
Mark Clayton
Clinton Portis
Pierre Garcon
Johnny Knox

My team has been getting crushed in the RB and WR positions. In my league of 12, we have 2 RB, 2WR and 1 W/R. Other than Adrian Peterson, I'm at a loss. Fitzgerald and Breaston have no QB to throw to them. Felix Jones gets all the rushing for Dallas. Naanee hasn't done anything since week 1. And Fred Jackson are Maroney are useless. The trade I'm considering is Romo for Nicks. Should I trade straight up or ask for someone else too? I'm trading for Romo because I think I have more leverage with him and the points I sacrifice by trading Romo, I will make up every time Eli connects with Steve Smith or Hakeem Nicks, especially for TDs. I'm hoping that I will make out ahead in the RB and WR positions that I pick up by trading Romo. Also Farve has been terrible and Matt Ryan isn't amazing. My only worry is now that Clayton is out for the season, he doesn't have a WR. Any thoughts? Is this a good idea? Who else can I trade to pick up a WR or RB worth value? Appreciate your feedback!

I think you are hurting at RB more. Fitz is getting his looks and while he may not be a top 10, he and Smith aren't the issue. To me, it's RB. Is there a team hurting at QB who you might be able to trade Romo for a RB2 and maybe a WR2? With Johnson's injury and Clayton, I don;t see that guy giving up Nicks.

help?

12 Team League. We start 2 QBs and get .5 PPR, otherwise standard scoring
QBs: Stafford, Fitzpatrick, Collins
RBs: Charles, Mendenhall, Best, Starks, Carter, Karim
WRs: D. Jackson, Marshall, S. Smith, Green,
TE: Hernandez, Cook

It's going to be hard to grab Nicks, especially after his recent games. I would shop Romo, or maybe even AP, but it would have to be a great deal.

My Squad
Tony Romo
Larry Fitzgerald
Steve Smith (NYG)
Adrian Peterson
Marion Barber
Kellen Winslow
Legedu Naanee
Todd Heap
Eli Manning
Steve Breaston
Laurence Maroney
Fred Jackson

Opponents Squad
Joe Flacco
Roddy White
Malcom Floyd
Chris Johnson
LeSean McCoy
Aaron Hernandez
Arian Foster
Steven Jackson
Chris Cooley
Louis Murphy
Michael Crabtree
Kevin Kolb

In this case, who would be a good trade for Romo? McCoy? I'm almost positive he won't give up Foster, and certainly not Chris Johnson.
