I am in a small league only 6 teams that plays strictly off points, person at the end of season with most points wins, in a non-ppr standard yahoo scoring system. but i am in last place and would really appreciate any advice. Over the past 2 weeks I have picked up some new players and this is who i have now..
here is my roster: QB: Brees WR: Reggie Wayne, Austin Collie, Braylon Edwards, Brandon Tate, Eddie Royal, Danny Amendola RB: Ladainian Tomlinson, Peyton Hillis, Matt Forte, Ahmad Bradshaw TE: Dallas Clark K: Matt Bryant DEF: Chicago
FOR WEEK 6 WHICH RBs and WRs SHOULD I START/BENCH? --allowed 3 WR and 2 RB
See if you have Mike Williams (Tampa Bay) or Mike Wallace (Pittsburgh) on you waiver wire, if you do? I would start both of them! I would drop Royal and Amendola, for both Wallace and Williams! Then start Collie, Wallace, Williams or Wayne, Wallace, Williams, depending on if Collie is healthy! Mike Wallace is getting ready to breakout, since Big Ben is back, that is his favorite target! Williams has been solid all year!
Thanks for all the advice so far! I really appreciate it
Because some of you asked, here are some of the available RBs and WRs... RBs Darren McFadden OAK Mike Tolbert SD Joseph Addai IND --haven't picked up because i already have so many colts on my team and when they play bad my whole team suffers Jason Snelling ATL Brandon Jackson GB Clinton Portis WAS Brandon Jacobs DET
WRs Donald Driver GB Steve Johnson BUF Kevin Walter HOU Roy Williams DAL Mike Wallace PIT Nate Washington TEN Kenny Brit TEN Jabar Gaffney DEN Mike Williams TB Lance Moore NO With this list of free agents and my current roster (listed in the initial post) who should i start specifically for week 6?
I'd start Forte and Bradshaw - better match ups this week and while I'm happy LT is back in form, I don't start him this week. I think Greene will get more touches than previous games.
Don't dump Amendola yet. It's worth giving it a week to see how well he does stepping up as #1 option. He did well last week after Clayton went down and I think he finds the end zone a time or two this week.
