3 for 3....Does this Hurt or Help my team? Nicks/Brees, etc.

Ran a thread on this yesterday, but it had more questions then definites as to what the possible trade would be. I have the other owners solid offer on the table and now im debating it...

PPR and Bonus for higher reception totals.

guy offered me:
Brees
B. Lloyd
Pierre Thomas
(most likely i can get an IDP player with it)

for

Cutler
Nicks (sooo dont want to deal him)
D'angelo Williams

If i made this deal, it would make my starting lineup look like this:
QB: Brees
RB: Foster (reserve Thomas)
Flex: Brady
WR: Lloyd
WR: Ochocinco (or Gaffney, Royal, Knox)
TE: Winslow
(didnt list the IDP guys)

We keep our entire team every year...trading the 22yr old Nicks for a 29yr old Lloyd isnt appealing to me. Upgrading Cutler to Brees is.....I think pierre thomas once healthy is in a better situation to out perform D'Will.
I dunno, whats your take.......do you think this depletes my wide reciever spot too much or keeps it relatively the same. Sell high on nicks while i can? He did do his big time damage against houston whom stinks in the secondary and lloyd has a treaty playoff schedule. Cutler also has a TERRIBLE playoff schedule, while Brees has a solid one and assuming a healthy NO saints team.
