R.Torain+M.Lynch for D.Keller+Ronnie Brown.....WHIR

Let me preface this by saying its a small family league (8 teams). For the most part standard scoring except:
1pt = 20yd rushing/receiving
2pt = +50yd rushing/receiving TD
2pt = +150yd rushing/receiving in a game

I'm looking to solidify my starting lineup. And I think Keller would be an improvement over Cooley. The RB involved for the most part would be bench players for me. I originally proposed Torain for Keller straight up. He countered with the current deal. Should I proceed with his counter or go back to the original deal?

yea but he's the main man, with no one to steal his carries until Portis comes back

I'm not big on this trade. Keller is roughly equivalent to Cooley, so you're basically giving up 2 starting RBs for one more proven RB. There are ? about how Torain and Lynch will perform in the future. With how common injuries are, I would prefer to have great depth at RB.
Not a horrible trade, but I wouldn't jump at.
