Who to drop for Tolbert

Tolbert just hit waivers in my league. Are Donald Brown or Jason Snelling worth dropping to pick him up?

You could drop any of thiose guys but how long will Tolbert get carries is what concerns me. Brown has injury issues and sneiling is a backup.

Of the two, I'd drop Snelling. Tolbert is on the decline after last week's performance (Matthews' numbers are only going to go up), but he's still seemingly the goal-line option, and Matthews may get dinged up again before the year is over.
