In this order:

Knox - will get Cutler back
Royal - Orton playing out of his mind (when will it end?)
Williams - good talent and fair QB
Smith (Car) - Best WR of the group but no QB

IMO its:

Royal - Wes Welker lite is very appropriate
Williams - All this guy does is score TD's..
Knox - Cutler's back and he seems too look for Knox, he worries me though as the Bears spread it around
Smith - I love Smith, but his QB drops him way down the list.
