I have an offer for the above trade. Matt Ryan has been my starting QB. I also have Ray Rice, Ryan Mathews, Hillis and Beanie Wells.

how is your league set up? 2 rb's and a flex?

I'd probably do this regardless, Tolbert will lose value as soon as Mathews starts getting all the carries and considering that Mathews had a 6+ yrd/carry vs. Tolberts >1 yrd/carry, I'd bet that its coming very very soon.. Eli and Ryan give you a nice set up that you can go with whoever has a better matchup. MJD, Rice is a nice RB set up, if you have a flex that allows you to play 3 RB's that were, before the season, projected very nicely. Mathews had some injury issues early, but I think he's well past those now. I'd do this in a heart beat.

We have 2 RBs and 3 WRs, so no flex.

I was thinking the same thing about Mathews / Tolbert. Hopefully Tolbert was just a flash in the pan and Mathews will get the ball rolling...
