Start/Bench Week 6 Help? Thanks! Hillis, Megatron, Torrain

Hey all and thank you in advance for checking out this post. So who should I start for week 6? I have Peyton Hillis and Calvin Johnson on my squad and debating whether or not to play them considering their current injuries. If they play, do I risk having them out for the game if they are pulled after the first quarter or something? I also have Steelers D against the Browns, and they might just shut out the Browns and thus HIllis. Who should I substitute for them? So my lineup is as follows:


QB: Shaub
RB: Hillis, Ladanian Tomlinson, Ronnie Brown
WR: Calvin Jonson, Boldin
TE: Moeki
D/ST: Steelers
K: Nick Folk

BN: Shonne Green, Ryan Torrain, Davone Bess, Steve Smith (car), Vicanthe Shiancoe, Chad Henne

Assuming Steve Smith is healthy, do I start him or Bess given Carolina's terrible QB situation? Do I not play Hillis and put in Torrain or maybe even Shonne Green? Moeki or Shiancoe? Shiancoe was great the first two games of the season but now Farve has Moss as his go to guy and Shiancoe is coming off of an injury. Moeki isn't lighting it up but is clearly a favorite target for Matt Cassel. There are a lot of possibilities for my lineup this week, so thank you very much for your input! I think Hillis gains about 5 or 6 yrds against Pittsburgh, especially with Colt McCoy as the QB. Not to mention Hillis is a little banged-up.

Torrain has a sweet match-up against Indy, play him.

Shonne Green is a sleeper IMO, but I think you still have to go with LT.

If Calvin at 80% or better makes my lineup, go with Bess otherwise.
