D-Will for B. Lloyd

Postby potatopotahto » Wed Oct 13, 2010 5:19 pm

I've been offered Deangelo Williams for Brandon Lloyd. My current WR's and RB's are as follows...

RB's: McCoy, Hillis, Addai, Green-Ellis
WR's: Andre Johnson, R White, J Maclin, B Llloyd, T Owens, K Walter and D Henderson...

I've stacked up on WR's due to the league format being 2RB 3WR. But I'm not sure if these four RBs are going to get me through the season. But D-Will has been a bust thus far, though he is a stud. B Lloyd, as you guys all know I'm sure, is leading the league in receiving yards and is a top ten fantasy receiver at this point. What do you guys think?

boy that is hard.....if carolina ever get their head out of their a$$ and runs the ball that would be great..but i have williams and stewart and neither can be relyed on...right now i dont think i would go with that unless you really dont thing your rbs can score more than 5 pts a week...that is all the d williams has gotten except for one week really...

The problem is this, I don't think Carolina an run the ball. Their rookie QB stinks, their best WR is out.Teams are just stacking the line and daring the QB to beat them, which he can't and teams know it.

I would steer clear of any Panther until you see some kind of dramatic change in Carolina's offense.

really appreciate the feedback guys. with all the woes of the carolina offense, d-will hasn't gotten more than 16 carries in any single game and is averaging something like 13 carries a game. with that said, my question is don't u think they'll finally come to the conclusion that williams is their best player and implement him more? i dunno...i'm so confused right now.

I would consider that. I mean, Williams is a big talent. What I don't understand is why CAR is having trouble running. Yes Clausen sucks but look at CLE...their QBs no matter who they are blow but look at the success Hillis has had! So I don't buy the bad QB argument.
Lloyd has been good but there are a lot of mouths to feed there. You can never have enough good starting RBs. Maybe Williams gets traded?
