Manning or Rivers

I have both guys and am receiving trade offers for Rivers. Wondering who to keep for the rest of the year? I know Manning is considered better but Rivers is having a great year, more points than Manning, so I'm debating on who to keep. Peyton Manning if you couldn't have assumed. If not, I don't know if I want your opinion anyway...
