I would do that trade, Gore is a top RB and you have enough WR depth to take the hit, plus if mathews ever gets the starting role you can flip him plus another receiver if you want to upgrade later.

I'm won't be saying anything new, but I agree with what's been said. You deserve more from the deal. Either get a flyer WR or just do Gore/Johnson straight up. But if he absolutely won't budge, I still think you should do the deal. You've got plenty of WRs.

Due to your sick WR corp, DO THE DEAL! I just gave advice on a similar trade and I was hesitant because of the lack of depth the team had when giving up a WR .... you are stacked though!!!!
Perhaps request another WR, but I'd do that in a new deal and leave the current deal up? It's a good deal for you I think considering your depth....one more for hte get 'er done side
