Stewart has averaged 107 yards the last 3 weeks since coming back, and goodson was doing great the 2 weeks before that, carolinas o-line has been opening major holes, they have been one of the best o-lines in the game the last 6 weeks, i've watched almost all there games, becuase i make a good portion of my income betting on sports, so i have to, lol...a truck could run thru these holes they've been making, and its been against much stiffer run defense's like b-more, cleveland, and atanta, the 3th,6th,and 10th best run defenses in football, imagine what carolina's running game will do when they actaully have a lead in a game, as i expect they will, they shouldn't even attempt one pass against zone, who ranks dead last for giving up points against fantasy rbs....don't see any reason carolina would pass the ball in this game. carolina is the defense you wanta have in this game if you have to play one of them.

I suspect Pitt defense is a no brainer this week as the top defense.

My waiver pickup this week is Dallas playing at AZ. AZ managed just 12 points last week against Carolina and has been held to just 6 points in 2 games at home recently against StL and SF. Dallas defense has scored double digit fantasy points in 4 out of the last 6 weeks since Garrett has taken over.

A NOTE about Normalization: Normalized projections are derived by taking the highest possible scoring defensive matchup (best DST matchup between two teams) and the lowest possible scoring defensive matchup, creating a scale of 0-100 and assigning value to each matchup score to give an overall rating so you can make relevance decisions instead of simply trading up to get higher on the chart.

Random note of the week: Houston has been perma-stuck at the bottom of this list. Week 16 has them up against a bad Broncos team which moves them up to the #29 spot! Congrats Texans!
