Knox is so tricky. He's either a lot of points, or almost no points. Cutler's coming back from a concussion and might be a bit shaky. My prediction is they'll try to run the ball more than throw it, and if they do throw I would assume quick passes, not deep balls. I'd go with Bowe but just my .02.
I totally disagree....Bowe has done nothing all year, and I'd want to see a little production before I started him.
Knox is CHI's long threat, and only really gets taken out of the game if the Bears are facing a good pass rush (see NYG game). SEA is the exact opposite of the NYG defensively - Cutler will have plenty of time to carve up the SEA D - they're giving up over 300 yd/game passing, and someone's gotta get the receiving yds! Knox has had a lot more yardage than Bowe to date, and this is a potential breakout week. You gotta play Knox!
Bowe's best is 12 points (on a trick play) and has averaged 5 points per week in 4 games. I'd except similar numbers, maybe just a bit more against Houston. I think a range of 5-10 is realistic for Bowe. Knox has also averaged 5 points per week in 5 games, but has put up, at most 9 points and has yet to score all year. So, again, I'd expect similar numbers in the range of 5-10. It's honestly a toss-up IMO. Flip a coin, cause I think they'll produce about the same results. If pressed to pick one, I'd probably go with Knox, just because he's got Cutler throwing him the ball. They both have great matchups, have produced similar stat lines all year, and the difference maker for me, is their QB. Who would you rather have throwing the ball? Jay Cutler or Matt Cassel?
I would take Knox instantly; Hester's losing snaps on offense, Aromashadu is still in the doghouse and Earl Bennett won't inspire Cutler to look his way often. This is Knox's breakout week.
