WR2 Roy Williams

I need a WR-this team said he would offer me either Wes Welker or Anquan Boldin w/VJax. Who do I choose and is that even fair?

i would rather have welker, but i might wait to trade matthews since his value is so low right now, maybe if he gets one whole game of starters carriers you may be able to get more.
