Gore and Ocho for SJax and B Lloyd?

A guy in my PPR league is pretty deep at WR and is trying to upgrade his RB

His Sjax and B Lloyd

for my

F Gore and Ochocinco

I'd be glad to get rid of Ochocinco for a top WR but it seems like Brandon Lloyd still seems a little unproven as to whether he'll keep it up or not.

He also has Megatron, M Floyd, and R Wayne while I also have Crabtree, Driver, Garcon.

Do you think this is a good trade for me or how would you change the WRs in the trade to make it more fair for me?

I'd rather be on the Sjax side cus I think Gore is overrated and Lloyd will do at his worst as well as ocho... Sjax needs to be healthy though
