A Retard Needs Roster Help

Postby Whitney26 » Thu Oct 14, 2010 2:40 pm

I can't decide how to set my roster this week. I like all of my RB and WR options, and I've swapped them back and forth the past two days. My tentative roster:

Starters:
QB Eli Manning (vs Detroit)
RB Tomlinson (at Denver)
Flex (RB/WR) Forte (vs Seattle)
WR Andre Johnson (at KC)
WR Randy Moss (vs Dallas)
TE Quarles (vs Miami)
K Longwell (vs Dallas)
D/ST Bears (vs Seattle)

Bench:
QB Favre (vs Dallas)
RB Charles (vs Houston)
RB Greene (at Denver)
WR Floyd (at St. Louis)
WR Knox (vs Seattle)
TE Daniels (at KC)
D/ST Bengals (Bye)

I had Finley on the roster, but we all know the situation there. Unfortunately, there weren't many available options on the wire so I had to settle on Quarles and Daniels. I'm not really comfortable with either. Todd Heap, Tony Scheffler, Kevin Boss and Rob Gronkowski are the only other TEs not on a roster. Despite not playing that well so far, I actually like Heap this week against NE. The Pats have been torched by the TE position all year (Gresham, Keller, Fasano). Should I pick Heap up and drop one of the others? If so, do I keep Quarles or Daniels, or neither? I can also see Scheffler having a decent season, particularly when Stafford returns.

I'm also confused with the RB and WR position. Should I start Floyd or Charles? If so, who do I bench?
QB: Eli Manning, Favre & Kitna
RB: Charles, Tomlinson, Forte & Greene
WR: Andre Johnson, Randy Moss, Floyd & Knox
TE: Daniels
K: Longwell
D/ST: Seattle & Chicago
1 QB, 1 RB, 2 WR, 1 RB/WR, 1 TE, 1 K, 1 D/ST (Non-PPR 12 Team)
