Trying to Ditch Floyd/Welker

I want to get something from Malcolm Floyd or Wes Welker since I don't need them. 12 team league 2 WR, 2 RB, Flex.

My Roster

QB: McNabb, Flacco
RB: Turner, Forte, McFadden, Bush, Snelling
WR: Wayne, Austin, Floyd, Welker, Williams(TB)
TE: Lewis ( lost finley :( )

His Roster

QB: Brady, Garrard
RB: Mendenhall, Jones(DAL), McCoy
WR: Moss(Was), Ward, Manningham, Vjax

Any ideas? I'm trying to work out a way to get Mendenhall or McCoy and possibly VJax to stash. I've got a couple ideas, but don't want to create any bias. I'll chime in later if I get some replies. Any help is much appreciated and WHIR 100%

I would try to send Bush or McFadden and either WR for Mendy, see if he bites

Just lost Finley myself (and Clayton) - it sucks.

Try Forte + Welker for Mendy (I really think now is the perfect time to sell Forte, he's still running behind a terrible line & way too much of his production is based off of what he catches).

Then try trading Floyd + Lewis for a TE (I'd target Clark who's actually off to a quite start by his standards).
