Drop Dez Bryant for Stafford? WHIR

I currently have Cutler & Vick as my QB's. Both have week 8 as their bye week as well. That being said, should I drop Dez Bryant now and get a jump on picking up Stafford or another QB for my week 8 bye?

here's some other QB's available & their week 8 opponents:

Matt Cassel vs. BUF

12-team, .5pt per reception
QB: Cutler, Vick
RB: Gore, Hillis, M. Bush, Fred Jackson
WR: Fitz, Jennings, M. WIlliams (TB), Crabtree, S. Smith (CAR), Dez Bryant
TE: Hernandez
K: Prater
D: NE
Scoring: 10yds rush/rec = 1pt, 25yds pass = 1pt, TD = 6pts, fumble/int. = -2pts

You have 2 more weeks to wait and see if Vick is back in as the starter and playing well. If he is then you can drop Cutler and get somebody before week 8's games and still keep Bryant. Vick SHOULD be back in either this week of next and if he's ready to go then I think you play him over Cutler. Hell, if Stafford is healthy for this week (and I think I heard he's trying to come back this week) then I might just be inclined to drop Cutler for him right now.
