Is Ochocinco enough for...??

Postby ECG77 » Fri Oct 15, 2010 1:14 am

Would Ocho be enough for either Ryan Matthews or Payton Hillis being both RBs are still questionable?

Owens and Ocho are equals in the recieving game in Cincy so his production won't be as great as if he were the only big named guy there (plus he's getting a bit long in the tooth and his prduction has dropped from where he was a few years ago). Mathews appears fully healthy and ready to go so he's a legit RB #1 for any team. Hillis has virtually no competion in the backfield now and he's proven himself thus far to be the elite pickup of the year (nobody even heard of this guy on draft day). I picked him up after week 2 and was able to parley him into A Johnson, the concensus #1 WR at the beginning of the season (I know he's slightly banged up but he's still consider and elite WR) AND Caddy (not a great option right now but I'm using him as a bye week fill-in right now). That should give you an idea of just how valuable Hillis (and Mathews whom I see as being about his equal) are in comparison to WRs. I was able to get a much better WR in AJ than you are offering in Ocho. If I had either back then I'd want one of you quality but lesser backs in return along with Ocho (I forget who you have because you list your team in your sig and it isn't showing up while I write this post). If you can get one take it, but I think you will have to include another RB.
This aint a NYC auto garage, if it aint broke, dont fix it.

12 team redraft: Rivers (Q1), CJ (R1), McFadden (R2), B Wells (R3), Caddy (R4), Forsett (R5), AJ (W1), Fitz (W2), Royal (W3), Sims-Walker (W4), V Jax (W5), V Davis (T1), Kaeding (K1), Jets (D1)
