My QB is throwing to two of my opponents receivers ...

I'm not sure I've ever found myself in the following situation. This week, my QB (P. Rivers) is throwing to two of my opponents players, WR M. Floyd and TE A. Gates. My opponent's QB (P. Manning) is throwing to my top WR, R. Wayne. This unsettles me for some reason because it seems like a wash. Do either of us have an advantage?

My other starter at WR is A. Johnson. Sitting on my bench is QB M. Ryan, and WRs B. Lloyd and L. Moore. I'm pretty sure I should leave my lineup as it is, hoping my players at each position outscore my opponent's players.
