Which Def/Sp Team?

Currently own Vikings, however was thinking of dropping them for NYG or Titans.

Should I trust the Vikings will start putting up better fantasy points (4.75 pts week in my league) or do I give them up for the NYG who are on a tear defensively (past two weeks ave 15 fantasy points week) or the Titans who are averaging 12 pts/week for the first 5 weeks.

Hate to give up on Vikings, but the are not producing yet this year on D!

I like NYG this week. I usually pick a DEF off WW each week based on matchup this week TBH, but NYG should have a nice total this week.
