Help me set my lineup in 14 team league! WHIR

Hey, in a 14 team deep nfl.com league with standard stats..no PPR or anything. I have some decisions this week, especiall since Pierre Thomas is still hurt. I can start QB 2RB 3WR 1TE 1K 1DEF My questions are which RB/WR's to start.

RB Best, Forsett, Ivory, Wells (bye), Thomas (out)
WR Moss, Wallace, Ward, Maclin, Gaffney, Tate
TE Moeaki
K Folk
DEF 49'ers

Ugh for the RB's
Best/ Ivory (Mike Hart available? He might be a better play than Ivory for this week)
On a side note, for extra RB depth, I might look to add James Starks from GB.
