He is off to his second best start in his career. They are also playing in Washington which is on grass which may throw Collie and Manning timing off a bit. It's just a hunch, but I would go Moss.

Either way though, you can't go wrong. The thing that scares me about Indy is that Peyton had an off week last week and really wants to rebound.
