My Javid Best, Jay Cutler, and Hakeem Nicks for his Peyton Manning and Willis McGahee in heavy PPR.

I'm 4-1 (soon to be 4-2), and have gotten awful QB play. I have great receivers (Andre Johnson, Reggie Wayne, Dallas Clark) and solid running back play (Ahmad Bradshaw, Ladainian Tomlinson), but haven't had a passing TD in three weeks. I dressed Cutler when he got his concussion (worth 1.1), Gradkowski when he was injured early (0.7), and Cutler with no TD's this week (16.4).
Meanwhile, Manning's owner has an awful team, and is soon to be 0-6. His best RB is Thomas Jones, while his best receivers are Roy Williams and Donald Driver. Best and Nicks would be big upgrades for him, and he has Eli Manning on the bench, so won't be completely reliant on Cutler.
Here are the full rosters:
QB: Cutler RB: Bradshaw RB: Tomlinson WR: A. Johnson WR: Wayne RB/WR/TE: Clark RB/WR/TE: Nicks K: Akers DST: Giants
BN QB's: Freeman BN RB's: Best, F. Jackson, L. Blount BN WR's: Gaffney, Jacoby Jones BN TE's: A. Hernandez, Gresham
___
QB: P. Manning RB: T. Jones RB: McGahee WR: R. Williams WR: Driver RB/WR/TE: Olsen RB/WR/TE: Celek K: Hanson DST: Patriots
BN QB's: E. Manning BN RB's: J. Stewart BN WR's: L. Moore, Branch, D. Thomas (Broncos), Naane, S. Rice BN TE's: H. Miller
QB: Cutler, Freeman RB: Blount RB: Bradshaw WR: A. Johnson (Gaffney) WR: Wayne RB/WR/TE: Nicks (Boss) RB/WR/TE: Tomlinson (Greene, Jennings, Davis) K: Brown DST: Giants
It seems like alot, but Best is worse than my other two RB's (and has been benched in two straight weeks), and the production lost from Nicks will be covered by Manning, as well as Jabar Gaffney or Aaron Hernandez, who are basically lighting it up on my bench.
QB: Cutler, Freeman RB: Blount RB: Bradshaw WR: A. Johnson (Gaffney) WR: Wayne RB/WR/TE: Nicks (Boss) RB/WR/TE: Tomlinson (Greene, Jennings, Davis) K: Brown DST: Giants
I'll grant you it's not fun to start Cutler, and I've actually made a pretty identical Cutler/Ca. Johnson FOR Manning type offer in my league (turned down), but especially in a league where you could theoretically start 4 RBs (unlike my league), I don't think you want to be giving up Best without a serviceable back in return. Not saying Best is elite, but McGahee is worth no more than an occasional random TD unless something happens to Ray Rice, so you'd be downgrading across the board just for an upgrade at one spot.
Basically, I'm with the others. If you can make it happen for Cutler+Nicks/Best, go for it. But more than that and you're really overpaying.
Try offering without Best first. People are saying Cutler+Best/Nicks; I say Cutler+Nicks. You can start 3 RBs and RBs are more reliable (usually) than WRs, so try to keep Best. The original offer is too much to be getting just Manning.
I think you're giving up too much. McGahee isn't worthy much so it's a 3 for 1 in my eyes and I think Best and Nicks just have too much value. If you were getting something of value as the other piece in the trade I could see making the move. And FWIW, I have Cutler in one of my leagues and am going to try to weather the storm with him until he's back to where he was the first few weeks of the season, which I'm still optimistic about.
